Ava uses CranioSacral Therapy, MyoFaascial Release, Massage Therapy, and her knowledge of Ayurveda to help you reconnect to your body on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.
NAIL ART
We have many ways to colorfully express ourselves, and nail art is one of em! Kelsey's attention to intricacy is visible in their work, and we're over the moon to offer more colorful sessions like this at Willow.
ENERGY & EMBODIMENT
Somatic practices, rooted in Indigenous healing traditions, use movement, breath, touch, and sound to tend to our hearts and spirits. Our Somatic Salon Sessions bring these practices into hair care through gentle hair brushing, crystal combing, scalp massage, and Reiki, creating a deeply grounding experience.
