What’s Willow’s Cancellation Policy?

To book a session at Willow, we will need an up to date card on file. Please allow 48 hours notice when cancelling upcoming sessions to avoid being charged for your booked session time. In the event that you are unwell, we encourage you to reschedule, and there will be no fee associated with the last minute cancellation.

All no shows will be charged 100% of missed session.

Are masks required?

We do not require masks at Willow. However, if your’e symptomatic with allergies, colds etc, we ask that you please wear a mask to avoid spreading any illness to our team.

Where can I park?

We rent parking spaces from the Lakewood United Methodist and you can enter the lot behind our building off of Brockley Rd. There is also on street parking in front of our building and on Brockley and Summit.

Should I have a consultation?

We encourage all new color sessions to schedule a consult and some of our team may require it.

What if I don’t Love my hair?

It’s important to us that you do! Thorough consultations are important to learn your goals. This is a great time to share images with your stylist. If you need an adjustment, our team is happy to explore options with you within a week of your initial session. In the event that this is needed, please reach out to the salon or to your stylist.

Can I bring my Pet?

Though we LOVE pups, the only animals permitted inside of Willow are approved service dogs. Law of the Ohio State Board of Cosmetology permits no other animals within the salon

What are your Hours?

We offer our team total freedom in scheduling, and have stylist availability 7 days a week. To see team’s availability, please check out online booking.

Friday 10-6pm

Saturday 9-3pm
